ServiceI almost wrote this off — the toaster oven was glitchy, the on/off switch unreliable and it didn't heat right. I use it every morning for toast and for quick dinners, so I was worried. They asked for a pic of the back with the cord cut, weird but I sent it. In five days a replacement was on my counter; I tried fries and a grilled cheese and it worked perfectly.
