I had a bad experience when I tried to return something at your store. I sent back an item that was still in perfect shape and only worn once, but you wouldn't take it back. When I bought it, nobody told me about this policy, so I'm not happy about how unclear it was. A good store like yours shouldn't just deny a return without a good reason, especially when I sent it back quickly and it was in great condition. Good customer service is really important for keeping customers loyal, and I'm worried that this has made me unsure about shopping at your store again. You should look into your return policy and make sure customers know the rules to avoid more unhappy customers.

I got this really awesome jacket from that store, but man, it was way too small when I tried it on. So, I went to return it, but they made me wait forever to get my money back. They kept making excuses about having too many orders, but that's not right because I followed all their rules. I'm totally going to warn everyone not to shop there!

So, I was really pumped to order this sweater online 'cause it seemed super cozy and warm. When it finally arrived, I was so bummed 'cause the package was all messed up and it was only the smaller size. I reached out to them right away and they said it got lost during shipping. They refunded me for the bigger size, but I still haven't gotten a refund for the smaller size that I had to send back. It's been forever and they're not taking care of it at all. This is seriously the worst customer service ever! I just want my money back for the sweater that didn't even fit me right!

Oh my goodness! This company has seriously gone downhill! The quality of their stuff is like all over the place - some things are good but then others are just total garbage. I got a fleece jacket and it was falling apart after one wear, so I had to send it back. And guess what - they actually made me pay for the return shipping! Can you even believe that? That's just terrible customer service.<br><br> I feel like they used to really care about making good products, but now it's all about money for them. I mean, who makes their customers pay to return faulty items? Not cool at all. I'm done with this company, I'm gonna find somewhere else to shop that actually values their customers.
