I got these snow boots from a company a while ago, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. I waited a while to wear them, and when I finally tried lacing them up for the first time, the loop where the lace goes through broke right away. Even though this company is supposed to be known for top-notch quality and durability, my experience was the complete opposite. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't much help and just recommended I go see a cobbler. I don't think it's okay for them to not take responsibility for selling low-quality products. I'd advise anyone thinking of buying from this company to really think it over.

I just got myself a new pair of waterproof hiking boots and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how good they are. They're so comfy, fit perfectly, and kept my feet nice and dry in the rain and mud. Plus, they have awesome traction on the bottom and they look pretty cool too.
