Snow boots purchase

Product

I got these snow boots from a company a while ago, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. I waited a while to wear them, and when I finally tried lacing them up for the first time, the loop where the lace goes through broke right away. Even though this company is supposed to be known for top-notch quality and durability, my experience was the complete opposite. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't much help and just recommended I go see a cobbler. I don't think it's okay for them to not take responsibility for selling low-quality products. I'd advise anyone thinking of buying from this company to really think it over.

Waterproof walking boots/trainers

Product

I just got myself a new pair of waterproof hiking boots and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how good they are. They're so comfy, fit perfectly, and kept my feet nice and dry in the rain and mud. Plus, they have awesome traction on the bottom and they look pretty cool too. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely buy them again if I had to.

Lightweight fleece jacket

Product

As someone who loves a good quality fleece jacket for outdoor activities, I was really let down by the lightweight one I bought. The material felt cheap and started falling apart after just a few uses. When I contacted customer service about their warranty, I got no response for over two weeks. It's frustrating to see a brand caring more about looks than quality, especially when their stuff is expensive. I used to be a loyal customer, but now I'll be shopping somewhere else.

Belts

Product

I got some belts and man, they were terrible. They claimed to be genuine leather, but they were completely fake. The glue just fell apart after three months. Such a scam!

Insulated winter jacket

Product

I just bought a winter jacket from this brand, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. It fits me perfectly, keeping me nice and cozy during those cold Canadian winters. The material is strong and the jacket is really well made, making it great for all my outdoor adventures. I'm super happy with my purchase and would totally suggest it to anyone in need of a top-notch winter jacket.

Walking boots

Product

I bought a pair of walking boots not too long ago, but they've already started splitting after just a few months. The split is in a bad spot that's messing up the waterproofing, so now they're no good for outdoor stuff. I've tried reaching out to the company a bunch of times but haven't heard back from them at all. Their customer service is seriously lacking, so I'm thinking about finding another place to get my outdoor gear from now on. These boots might have been cheap, but the low quality and terrible service make them not worth buying.

Jacket and boots

Product

Most of the time, I go to the store to buy my stuff so I can't really tell you about ordering online. But you know, I think Columbia is pretty neat and their stuff is really good quality. Sometimes it's a bit pricey, but if you wait it out, you can snag a better deal later. I recently got a really nice jacket and boots from them and I'm super happy with how they turned out!
