I ordered this really cool hoodie and pants, but it hasn't come yet! They keep saying it's some IT issue, but I can't get in touch with the boss because they never answer calls or emails. It's been way too long and I still haven't received my order, it's really frustrating.

Don't shop with them online! I bought a jacket and it was a total shipping disaster. They use this awful delivery company, OnTrack LaserShip, that's notorious for messing up. My order was marked as delivered, but I couldn't find it anywhere. And I had to wait a crazy 14 days. Columbia's customer service is the worst - they don't care about all the complaints from customers with the same problem. Just save yourself the trouble and avoid shopping online there.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with the delivery of my order was really disappointing. I waited for over two weeks for my package to come, and then I was told it had been delivered even though I never got it. The investigation that followed wasn't helpful at all and in the end, I didn't get a refund, a new package, or any help from the company. This lack of responsibility and support for the customer has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I wish I had looked into this company more before I bought from them because now I would have second thoughts about shopping here.
