I started using them about two weeks ago and at first I thought, okay — simple order. Then communication fell apart. I tried emailing, emailing and get nothing, I can't log in to check returns and I'm left guessing about refunds. Oddly, the package actually arrived earlier than promised, which was a surprise. Still, service needs work.

I tried the replacement the next morning and it was fine, exactly what I expected. So yeah, nervous at first, then relieved once they actually dealt with it.
