App & Portalthey asked for passport numbers and a bunch of personal details. I’m not into handing over that kind of stuff for a discount, so I pushed back. They wouldn’t register me without it and offered no real explanation. Bit of a sour exchange — reminded me of other firms that are clumsy at verification, but usually they at least explain why. Still, to their credit, the parcel arrived quickly, no fuss with shipping. That moment — when the box showed up right on time — is when I stopped feeling completely annoyed and thought, okay, they did one thing well. Would I go back? Maybe, but only after I’d see improvements to the website and a less invasive support ask. For now, mixed feelings.
