Finally got them — with a headache first
Deliverycomfy from day one, perfect for my bike-to-work routine, and they’ve held up through slushy sidewalks and a couple of wet dog walks. So yeah, the delivery experience was the weak link and customer service could be way better prepared for sale volumes, but once resolved I was pretty happy with the product. If you buy, just expect to be persistent about the delivery — it’s worth it for the shoes, but frustrating.
