Communicationemails go unanswered, contact form too, calls just ring and drop. Feels like being ghosted. The site looked okay and price was reasonable, but customer support is just not there. Won't be ordering again.

CommunicationSolid pick, honestly — I was doubtful at first but pretty pleased. I ordered in February because I needed it for a trip, thought the bad online reviews might be true. Parcel arrived fast and the product matched the pictures, which put me at ease. I did email customer service and got no reply, a bit annoying, but everything worked so I'm satisfied, if a little surprised.
