I've been a faithful customer of this online store for kids' clothes for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with what they offer. One time that really stuck with me was when I ordered from them at Christmas. They actually called me up to see if I was cool with having Santa deliver my package. That's why I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I bought a snowsuit from your store not long ago and had a problem with the hood size. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times but the issue didn't get fixed properly. The hood on the snowsuit I got was too small, so I couldn't even use it. I even spoke to the brand but the problem still wasn't sorted out. I did end up getting a refund in the end, but I was disappointed with the lack of care and customer service.

My experience with Children Salon has always been great, with lots of beautiful choices to pick from. But it's when things go wrong that their customer service really stands out. Recently, I ordered 3 items for delivery overseas, but only 2 showed up. Even though it wasn't their fault, the customer service team, especially Laura and Lauren, were so amazing. They replied to my messages quickly, called me to talk about the problem, and made sure to send the missing item. I was really impressed by how they went the extra mile for their customers.

The whole ordering process was smooth, and I liked getting all the info I needed, like delivery times from DPD. Our package arrived this morning, and I had a nice chat with Izzy online, who fixed a tiny issue quickly. The service from this company is always top-notch, and I'm constantly impressed by how much they care about the little things.
