We picked up some clothes for the grandkids for Christmas and they arrived fast and all nicely wrapped. We've been back two more times and everything has been great. We really enjoy shopping here, the quality is top-notch! Plus, the prices are unbeatable. We're excited to drop by the store in person when we're in the UK.

I bought a cardigan for my daughter from this company and I was so disappointed with the quality. After only a few hours of wearing it, the fabric got all bobbly and looked really worn out. When I reached out to customer service about it, they just told me to get a debobbler. I wasn't happy with that answer and I think the clothes they sell are really not that great.

I recently bought some kids' rain boots from here and let me tell you, the packaging was amazing. The boxes they were in looked top-quality, leaving a great first impression. However, I was a bit let down when I saw there was only one bag of haribo jelly candies in the box. This led to a little disagreement between my two kids since there were two pairs of boots. It seemed like poor planning on their part to only give one candy bag. As a side note, I recently watched a show on Netflix that got me thinking about the inclusion of sweets in the package. It made me wonder if this could possibly create some negative brand associations.

I bought a Caramelo Kids dress and some Chloe stuff from this store not too long ago, and man, was I ever let down by what I got. The dress had a big ol' stain right on the back, which was a bummer 'cause this place markets themselves as all fancy and top-notch. And don't even get me started on the Chloe items - total garbage quality, got me questionin' if they're even legit. Selling such low-quality stuff at those sky-high prices is just not cool. Even though the customer service was top-notch, the junky products got me thinkin' twice about ever shopping here again.

The clothes I bought from here are so adorable and trendy. I really like how good the quality is and how different they are. The customer service was fantastic when there was a problem with the delivery, they were really friendly and helpful in getting it sorted out for me. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future!
