I had a really bad experience with my order from this store. I gave them proof that my return was delivered, but at first, they said they didn't get it. After going back and forth a lot, they finally admitted they got it but then said the tag wasn't on it, so no refund. It seems like they'll do anything to not give money back to customers. When I looked at other reviews, it was obvious I wasn't the only one with this kind of problem. I asked them to check the security camera footage of my return being unpacked to show the tag was there, but they said no. I was super let down by the whole thing and think this store really needs to work on their customer service.

I had to return some pants, but the post office accidentally sent my package to the wrong store. Charlotte from customer service was fantastic and really went above and beyond to make sure my package ended up at the right place. I highly recommend their service!

I just bought some super cute clothes for my little one from this website. They have a great selection and the quality is really good. The package arrived quickly, which was awesome. But, I had a problem with the size of one jacket and the replacement jacket I got had a little damage. Even with those hiccups, I have to give a shoutout to the customer service team for handling everything so well. Overall, I would definitely suggest checking out this website for adorable kids' clothes.

I was pretty happy with how quickly my first order arrived and how well it was packaged. The girls' country life cotton tights looked good at first, but then I noticed a hole after wearing them just once. I asked for a replacement, but they only offered me a store credit instead, and I had to pay for shipping for the new item. It felt like they were doubting my complaint just because the designer had already sold over 200 without any issues. I mean, can any product really be flawless?

Their customer service is amazing. I've had to return or swap some stuff lately, and it's been super easy. They're really helpful and give great service. I'll definitely shop there again.
