Charlotte Russe - Reviews and experiences

So, I went to this store recently, thinking I could find some cool stuff to add to my wardrobe. But man, as soon as I walked in, I was let down. They hardly had anything in stock, and the choices were few. It looked like they hadn't gotten any new stuff in ages. And then, to top it off, when I wanted to return something that didn't fit right, they said no returns allowed. Can you believe that? Their service was just awful. Honestly, the whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth. It's obvious this store is struggling to keep up, and I definitely won't be coming back to shop here.

So, I went to the mall the other day and had the worst time at this one store. The manager there was super rude and had a really bad attitude when I just asked a question. She didn't even answer me properly and then started yelling at me out of nowhere. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills she was. It really left me feeling upset, and I'm definitely not going back to that store again. Just terrible.
