Poor online shopping experience
OverallMy shopping experience with this company online was a huge letdown. They didn't communicate well, the product wasn't what I expected, the sizes were off, and the quality was terrible. Plus, customer service wasn't helpful at all and returning items was a pain. It was just frustrating and confusing from start to finish.
