CheckoutSo, I was shopping online and then I accidentally bought something with Apple Pay. Right away, I knew I messed up and I tried to get in touch with customer service to cancel or fix the shipping address. But guess what? Within a day, they told me the order was already sent out and they couldn't do anything about it. That's just ridiculous and so unprofessional! I am really let down by the service from this company. Hopefully, they close down soon. If I could, I'd give them negative stars for their awful customer service!
