TrackingI was so disappointed with the service I got from the courier company and the customer service. I waited for 2 weeks for my daughter's birthday present, and then I found out from UPS tracking that they said they tried to deliver but couldn't. But when I checked my security camera footage, nobody even came to try to deliver. Now they're sending the package back to the sender and either UPS or the company is not telling the truth. It's frustrating to see companies lie to customers just to make sales or look good on paper. All I wanted was for my daughter to get her present on time, and now she's missing out.
