Casper Sleep - Reviews and experiences

So, I bought this mattress and I gotta say, it was way too pricey for how comfy it was. The company said they had a simple return policy, but when I tried to send it back, they made it a real pain. I had to call them a bunch of times, wait on hold forever, and even then, they tried to convince me to keep it. Finally, after lots of back and forth, they agreed to take it back, but man, they made the whole thing super complicated. And now, it's been two weeks and still no refund. Just an all-around disappointing experience, you know?

I gotta tell ya, I bought a pillow from this place recently and it was a total disaster. As soon as I rested my head on it, I knew it was a mistake. Zero support, uncomfortable all around. The pillow felt like it was deflating the moment my head hit it, no support at all. It was like laying my head on a disappearing cloud. Ended up returning it right away, not worth it at all.

I bought this massive dog bed, thinking it would be great for my fluffy buddy. Turns out, it was way too big for the room and he just wanted the couch instead. I was pretty let down by that, but the return went smoothly and I got my money back quick. By the way, I also have one of their mattresses and it's seriously comfy. It's too bad they're leaving the British market.

I recently got the Casper Glow Lights and overall, I'm pretty happy with them. But, I accidentally ended up getting an extra one and had a bit of a hard time fixing it. I was bummed to hear that the UK office is closing, and the lack of updates on the website made it tough to deal with situations like mine. Even after sending lots of emails, I haven't had any luck getting a refund, and there's no UK phone number to reach out for help. It looks like I might have to contact my bank to sort this out. Plus, I'm now worried about how I would manage returning the items if they turned out to be faulty.
