ServiceThis company is just terrible! I bought a mattress from them and it has been a nightmare. They haven't responded to my emails and haven't helped me with my problems at all. Their customer service is so bad and they clearly don't care about their customers. Stay far away from this company!

ServiceAt first, I was super happy with my new mattress because all my guests loved it. But, after a couple of years and lots of snuggling with my partner, I began having some issues with my lower back and spine. Casper was awesome and sent me a new mattress with extra support for my back, but sadly, the pain didn't go away. So now, I end up crashing on the couch instead of my bed, which also puts a damper on snuggling with my partner.

ServiceBought a mattress back in 2017 and had five amazing years of super comfy sleep. The temperature control and support were top-notch, and I didn't have any back problems during that time. But after five years, I started noticing a dip on my side of the mattress, even though I was flipping it regularly. At 94kg, I was surprised by this issue. Even though the company isn't around in Canada anymore, I contacted them and they were awesome by giving me a refund of the purchase price. Their customer service was really great, and I wish more companies would be like them. I wouldn't think twice about buying this mattress again.
