Casper Sleep - Reviews and experiences

I just bought a pillow from this company because it was recommended for my sleeping position. But after using it twice, I actually felt more uncomfortable and in pain than before. The return policy on the website wasn't clear, and when I reached out to customer service, they weren't very helpful in solving my issues. I was really expecting a great product and excellent customer service because of all the good reviews, but I was really let down.

I just bought a Wave Hybrid Snow Mattress, Breathable Mattress Protector, and Hybrid Pillow with Snow Technology from your store. But I gotta say, dealing with the customer service reps was a bit of a letdown. I was confused and kept waiting for updates on my order, only to be left hanging without any reply from Shanaya when my stuff didn't show up. It felt like they weren't really paying attention to my concerns. I tried to sort things out, but it seemed like no one was listening or caring, and that's not what I expected in terms of service.

Although the mattress is comfy and good quality, I've had some problems with it. It helps me sleep well, but the shape isn't great - the corners keep peeling up. It's not nice to look at, plus it messes up the look of the bedding. I contacted the company about a month ago to talk about these issues, but haven't heard back yet. It's disappointing that they're not communicating, and now I'm not sure if their customer service is dependable.
