Casper Sleep - Reviews and experiences

I ordered some pillows and a bedside table from this place and was so excited to see there was a sale happening. I ended up also grabbing two more pillows besides the bedside table. The service was super quick and the products came in perfect shape. The only bummer was that they were sold out of pillow cases and bed sheets whenever I tried to order. It would have been awesome to snag those too!

My most recent purchase from here was a complete disaster, eh. I usually like this company, but this time it was a total nightmare, ya know. The customer service seemed nice at first, but they made promises they didn't keep, bud. It's been over two weeks now, and I still haven't got my mattress.

I got a Hybrid Pillow back on March 25th and I still haven't got it. I've been emailing customer service to ask about it, but they keep telling me it'll be shipped "later today" or "tomorrow". It's taking so long and I just want my pillow!

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to buy my item. Didn't need any help with bringing it inside, which was nice. It was neatly packed in a box I could handle myself. Setting it up was a piece of cake, and it was even more comfortable than I expected from the ads. Overall, really happy with my experience.

I recently bought a memory foam mattress, two memory foam pillows, a duvet, and a mattress protector. I'm super happy with how comfy and high quality they all are. Honestly, the best bedding I've ever had! I wish I had made this purchase sooner. Ordering was easy peasy, payment was a breeze. The delivery was fast and smooth - got my stuff in just a few days. The delivery folks were awesome, they took away my old mattress, set up the new one, and did it all professionally. I totally recommend this company and their products.
