CommunicationI went to Canadian Tire to ask a simple question, hoping for a clear answer. But instead, the General Manager, Mike, gave me a strange and unprofessional response. Our conversation got weird when he mentioned a $10,000 fine, which had nothing to do with my question. When I tried to brush it off, Mike got hostile and started accusing me of having a bad attitude and being a bad employee, even though I don't work there. It was pretty ironic to see him acting the way he was accusing me of acting, especially as a General Manager. Mike's behaviour was totally out of line and unprofessional, and it left me really upset and shocked.
