CommunicationI bought a pillow from this company not too long ago, thinking I could test it out during their 7-day trial period. Turns out, the trial wasn't automatic like I thought. I was bummed out and wanted to exchange the pillow for a firmer one, but I hit a big snag - I couldn't get a hold of the company at all. The email addresses on their website didn't work, which left me with no way to reach them for help. This lack of communication really messed up my customer experience.
