ServiceI picked up a printer that's not too bad, but definitely pricier than I expected for just personal use. But the worst part has to be their terrible service - can't even manage to get a hold of them over the phone, and downloading anything is a total headache. I gave them a call and ended up getting sent to a whole other company that was trying to push a fancy package on me just to update a driver for Windows 11. Can you believe that? Just plain ridiculous.
