PriceI just bought a toner for my printer and man, the price was so high it gave me a shock. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and it's disappointing to see this company using such sneaky tactics to jack up the prices. Not only are the toners expensive, but they've also made it tricky to use cheaper options by putting chips in their products. The toner didn't last as long as they said it would and it's frustrating that there's not enough customer service to help with these problems. I'm thinking of switching to a different printer brand because of all these issues.
