CommunicationI bought a printer not long ago and right away I had problems with it. When I tried to get help from customer service, it was super frustrating. They kept saying we had to talk through email or chat, even though a quick phone call would have sorted things out way faster. It took days to figure out what was wrong, when a phone call would have been so much quicker. Plus, they canceled my order twice and were hard to get a hold of on the phone. All in all, it was just a frustrating and inefficient experience.
