TrackingI was so disappointed when I ordered a wedding dress that didn't match what was promised. The quality and design were way worse than I expected. Plus, the tracking info was wrong so I had no clue where my package was. I reached out to customer service for help, but their answers were unclear and not useful at all. They didn't even try to fix the problem. Since there was no communication, I've decided to send back the dress I did get right away.
