This was probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a fancy dress and it turned out to be way too small, even though I gave them the right measurements. When I reached out to customer service by email to complain, all they told me was to get the dress altered or give it away, which wasn't helpful at all. It's obvious to me that this company is shady and should be looked into by the BBB. I really recommend that others steer clear of buying from them.
