DeliveryI received the dress about three weeks after ordering and started trying it on right away. Delivery was slower than promised and the box was squashed. First impression wasn’t great — a faint odour and a loose seam, but the style was okay. Customer service took ages to answer and only sent a return address after repeated emails. They were polite when they did reply, but resolution was messy.

I shelled out some extra cash for speedier shipping, so I could get it by a certain day, but nope, it was a no-show. The seller did try to assist, but unfortunately, it didn't really solve the problem.
