This was probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a fancy dress and it turned out to be way too small, even though I gave them the right measurements. When I reached out to customer service by email to complain, all they told me was to get the dress altered or give it away, which wasn't helpful at all. It's obvious to me that this company is shady and should be looked into by the BBB. I really recommend that others steer clear of buying from them.

I needed a dress for this event that's happening in a month, and let me tell you, this dress was absolutely perfect! It came right on time and looked amazing, just a bit thin is all.

I recently bought a wedding dress from an online store and to be honest, I wasn't too happy with how it turned out. The dress I got looked nothing like the one in the picture on their website. The quality of the materials and stitching was pretty poor, and to make matters worse, the dress arrived all wrinkled up in a crappy plastic bag. On top of that, the wedding veil that was supposed to come with it was missing. I tried contacting customer service several times, but they weren't very helpful and didn't want to own up to their mistake or help find a solution. They keep denying my requests for a refund for the missing veil, even though it was clearly their fault. This whole ordeal has been a total nightmare and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I just bought this light yellow mermaid special event dress from this shop, but when it arrived, it was a super bright canary yellow instead. It was a bit of a bummer to see the wrong color, especially because I needed the exact shade for an event coming up. But I was happy to find out that it was super easy to return the dress. Raina was awesome and really helped me out, making sure everything went well. The dress was really pretty and nicely made, but the wrong color was a bit disappointing.

The dress I bought was so beautiful, like seriously stunning. But then things started to go downhill real quick when the shipping got all messed up. I shelled out some extra cash for speedier shipping, so I could get it by a certain day, but nope, it was a no-show. The seller did try to assist, but unfortunately, it didn't really solve the problem.
