Wedding dress purchase online
I was kinda unsure about getting my wedding dress online without actually seeing it in person, but I decided to go for it and I'm so happy I did. My dress was just perfect and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I'm still getting compliments on how gorgeous it is, and no one can believe I got it from an online store. The customer service at this company was amazing, they were super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly with my order. Overall, I had a great experience with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in search of a beautiful dress for their special day.
Pale yellow mermaid special event dress
I just bought this light yellow mermaid special event dress from this shop, but when it arrived, it was a super bright canary yellow instead. It was a bit of a bummer to see the wrong color, especially because I needed the exact shade for an event coming up. But I was happy to find out that it was super easy to return the dress. Raina was awesome and really helped me out, making sure everything went well. The dress was really pretty and nicely made, but the wrong color was a bit disappointing.
Champagne, pain-free purchase, fast delivery
I had such a fantastic time shopping at Bridelily! The customer service was amazing, and it was a nice touch to be offered champagne while I browsed. I easily found the perfect dress I was looking for, and the checkout process was a breeze. To top it all off, my dress arrived quicker than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise. On my big day, I received tons of compliments on my dress, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

The dress totally blew me away, arriving even earlier than I thought in the most perfect packaging. The material quality and attention to detail really make it look like a fancy, expensive piece - definitely worth way more than what I paid for it. Formal Dress
This was probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a fancy dress and it turned out to be way too small, even though I gave them the right measurements. When I reached out to customer service by email to complain, all they told me was to get the dress altered or give it away, which wasn't helpful at all. It's obvious to me that this company is shady and should be looked into by the BBB. I really recommend that others steer clear of buying from them.

I needed a dress for this event that's happening in a month, and let me tell you, this dress was absolutely perfect! It came right on time and looked amazing, just a bit thin is all.
Dress for prom, good price, fits well
I gotta say, I was totally blown away by how awesome the prom dress I got was. I mean, I didn't have high hopes ‘cause it was so cheap, but man, was it amazing. And let me tell you, at 5ft tall, the length was spot on for me. There was a tiny problem with the stitching in one spot, but it wasn't a big deal and didn't ruin the overall look of the dress. I felt like a million bucks wearing it to prom.
Bought my dress online
I was seriously freaking out about ordering my dress online, but it was amazing! I found the most perfect dress and it was crazy affordable. With COVID going on, I was sure my dress would take forever to arrive, but it showed up right on schedule and fit me like a glove because I got it custom-made. It was so beautiful and looked exactly like the picture. Bridelily is seriously the best!

I just wanted to say my experience trying on wedding dresses from this company was fantastic. Ordering was a breeze, with fair prices for such a nice dress. The service was top-notch too. Everything went so smoothly, even when I had to return the trial dress. They gave me clear instructions and I was able to drop it off at a USPS spot they suggested without having to pay for shipping.
Dress quality, craftsmanship, color discrepancy
Although the fabric of the dress I bought was good and the craftsmanship was okay, I had a problem with the color. I wanted navy, but it turned out lighter than I thought. Even though the color was off, I still think the dress is worth looking at because of its quality. Just keep in mind that the color might not match what you see online.

I recently bought a wedding dress from an online store and to be honest, I wasn't too happy with how it turned out. The dress I got looked nothing like the one in the picture on their website. The quality of the materials and stitching was pretty poor, and to make matters worse, the dress arrived all wrinkled up in a crappy plastic bag. On top of that, the wedding veil that was supposed to come with it was missing. I tried contacting customer service several times, but they weren't very helpful and didn't want to own up to their mistake or help find a solution. They keep denying my requests for a refund for the missing veil, even though it was clearly their fault. This whole ordeal has been a total nightmare and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I was so disappointed when I ordered a wedding dress that didn't match what was promised. The quality and design were way worse than I expected. Plus, the tracking info was wrong so I had no clue where my package was. I reached out to customer service for help, but their answers were unclear and not useful at all. They didn't even try to fix the problem. Since there was no communication, I've decided to send back the dress I did get right away.

My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. The dress I ordered took way too long to arrive, and when it finally came, it was not what I thought it would be, eh. The quality was bad, and it looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was tough and frustrating to try to get a refund, eh. Only after I said I would go on social media with my complaints, I was only able to get back 50% of my money, eh. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, eh.

I just bought a wedding dress from this company, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The dress I got looked nothing like the one they showed online, and it didn't fit me right at all. When I tried to return it like they said I could, they straight up refused and told me to get it fixed by a tailor. But the dress was so badly made that not even a tailor could salvage it. And to top it all off, they wouldn't even give me back the 15 percent they promised. This whole experience was a huge letdown, and I won't be coming back here again.
Sparkly dress
Oh my gosh, I got this super sparkly dress and it was so pretty! I wore it to a party and everyone kept complimenting me on how shiny it was. The only thing is that some glittery stuff came off and got everywhere, but it was still awesome.
