Right after I tore open the box I wore the sweater on my commute — felt unexpectedly soft, not like the pictures. A few days later I wanted a different size and that's where the headache started. Customer support was glacial, and they never said it ships from China so returns mean paying postage and they dock that cost from your refund. They offered a donate-to-charity option with a 70% refund, which helped.

I recently bought a wedding dress from an online store and to be honest, I wasn't too happy with how it turned out. The dress I got looked nothing like the one in the picture on their website. The quality of the materials and stitching was pretty poor, and to make matters worse, the dress arrived all wrinkled up in a crappy plastic bag. On top of that, the wedding veil that was supposed to come with it was missing. I tried contacting customer service several times, but they weren't very helpful and didn't want to own up to their mistake or help find a solution. They keep denying my requests for a refund for the missing veil, even though it was clearly their fault. This whole ordeal has been a total nightmare and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I just bought this light yellow mermaid special event dress from this shop, but when it arrived, it was a super bright canary yellow instead. It was a bit of a bummer to see the wrong color, especially because I needed the exact shade for an event coming up. But I was happy to find out that it was super easy to return the dress. Raina was awesome and really helped me out, making sure everything went well. The dress was really pretty and nicely made, but the wrong color was a bit disappointing.

My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. The dress I ordered took way too long to arrive, and when it finally came, it was not what I thought it would be, eh. Only after I said I would go on social media with my complaints, I was only able to get back 50% of my money, eh. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, eh.

I just bought a wedding dress from this company, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The dress I got looked nothing like the one they showed online, and it didn't fit me right at all. When I tried to return it like they said I could, they straight up refused and told me to get it fixed by a tailor. But the dress was so badly made that not even a tailor could salvage it. And to top it all off, they wouldn't even give me back the 15 percent they promised. This whole experience was a huge letdown, and I won't be coming back here again.

I just wanted to say my experience trying on wedding dresses from this company was fantastic. Ordering was a breeze, with fair prices for such a nice dress. The service was top-notch too. Everything went so smoothly, even when I had to return the trial dress. They gave me clear instructions and I was able to drop it off at a USPS spot they suggested without having to pay for shipping.
