I just bought some Bluetooth headphones online and ran into some problems with my order. I tried calling and using their chat, but the customer service was lousy and I couldn't get a refund. Dealing with all of that was really annoying. I won't be buying from them again and will go with a different company next time. It's too bad I can't give them a 0-star rating.

What a complete disaster with the repair services. I reached out in December to get a quote, waited almost six weeks for the repair, and when the speaker came back, it was still damaged. The communication was terrible and had to follow up multiple times. To make matters worse, the feet were missing when it was returned, and they only sent one foot at first. Had to wait another week to get the rest. It was a disappointing and frustrating ordeal that dragged on for over three months. Definitely would not recommend.

I had a problem with my headphones not working right, so I called customer service for help. They were super helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. They sent me a new pair of headphones within a week. I'm really happy with the service I got and I'd totally recommend them to anyone.
