I bought some headphones months ago but they never showed up, now I can't even get my money back. The customer service is just terrible, like, unbelievably bad. They really need to step up their game because this is just not okay. I can't even say anything about the quality of the products because I never got to lay eyes on them. It's honestly such a joke.

I just got some new ear buds and they are amazing! They totally replaced my old ones that broke. Getting a new pair sent to me for free was so easy. Now I can listen to music again and it's great!

I was so disappointed with the customer service I received from that company. I sent back a product for a refund but never got my money back. I called them twice, and they kept saying they had already refunded me. But when I checked with my card provider, they told me they were the ones who actually gave me the refund, not the company. This whole thing really upset me, and I won't be buying anything from them in the future.

I had such a frustrating time with customer support, eh. The chat line was totally useless - couldn't help with my problem at all. I've been waiting for weeks now for my order WS01814285, and all they've given me are useless case "numbers" and "investigation numbers". On top of that, the money I paid was put back into my account as unclaimed by the company. Now I'm missing my old speaker and still don't have a new one. It's just not right, eh.
