Terrarium purchase for Valentine's gift
Terrarium purchase for Valentine's gift
Returns & RefundsI just bought a terrarium for my partner for Valentine's Day. But when it arrived, the packaging was so bad that three of the plants inside were damaged. I reached out to customer service to sort it out, but they only offered to replace one of the plants. The replacement they sent was even worse than the original plants. Now none of the plants are good for the gift I had in mind. I suggest steering clear of this company because the products and customer service are both pretty disappointing.
Product overall good, missing plant
Product overall good, missing plant
Returns & RefundsIn the end, when I got my order, I noticed that the lid was a bit damaged, and to make matters worse, one of the plants wasn't there. It looked like the box was thrown together haphazardly, causing the missing plant. It took about 2-3 weeks of going back and forth, but eventually, I got 4 replacement plants, including the one that was missing. Even though I'm grateful for them fixing the problem in time for Christmas, I think they need to have stricter quality checks to avoid this happening again.
