Jungle Plant terrarium purchase
Jungle Plant terrarium purchase
CommunicationI bought this Jungle Plant terrarium from this company on December 7th. They let me know right away that it was sent out. But then, it's like my parcel went missing! I tried emailing them but got no reply. Also, it's annoying to keep getting emails asking me to subscribe again after I already unsubscribed from their newsletter.
Christmas gift disappointment
Christmas gift disappointment
CommunicationI ordered a Christmas gift for my partner's son and was told it would come before the holidays. But it didn't arrive when they said it would. All they gave me was a vague answer about when it will come, and they just sent me a picture of the gift instead. It's so silly and not okay. I'm really disappointed with the company for not communicating better and not fixing the issue.
Indoor plant purchase
Indoor plant purchase
CommunicationMy experience with this company was so frustrating. As soon as I made my order, it felt like everything that could go wrong did go wrong. My order got lost and instead of them contacting me first, I had to keep bugging them for updates. They weren't very good at communicating and it felt like I was the one putting in all the effort to get information.
