Bloombox Club - Reviews and experiences

The terra cotta plant I bought showed up in really bad shape. When it arrived, the plant was pretty much on its last legs, and it was stuck in a plastic container inside the box, making the soil all dried up. There wasn't enough soil in there, and you could tell the plants had been traveling for way too long. After three weeks, the plants began to die off, even though I was trying my best to save them. I sent the company some photos, but they didn't seem to care about fixing the problem at all.

I gotta say, I was so impressed with the quality of the plants I got from Bloombox Club. They looked so healthy and well-cared for when they arrived. The packaging was top-notch, keeping them safe and sound during delivery. And can we talk about those plant pots? They were stunning and really elevated the look of my home. It was a relief not to stress about finding the right pots to match my decor because Bloombox Club had it all covered. I'm over the moon with my purchase and would definitely suggest Bloombox Club to anyone wanting to add a bit of greenery to their place.

I bought 4 Ficus Ginseng Bonsai plants not long ago. I was planning to give 3 as gifts and keep one for myself. Turns out, all of the plants ended up kicking the bucket even though I did my best to take care of them like the instructions said. I'm really bummed out about the whole situation - the plants were low quality and when I reached out to the company, their customer service was seriously lacking.

These plants I got from this company are seriously amazing. I've bought plants from lots of different places, but there's something really special about the ones I got from here. They always show up in great shape and have been awesome gifts for all my friends. I'm really impressed by the variety of plants they have and I appreciate that they're always getting new stuff in.
