Bloombox Club - Reviews and experiences

I recently got myself a snake plant, a fern, and terrarium plants from Bloombox Club. Unfortunately, when I got my order, I saw that my snake plant was super dried out with some brown tips. I got in touch with customer service and was surprised to hear them say this was normal. While my fern was in good shape, my terrarium plants were a whole other story. Despite paying extra for shipping and insurance, the plants came with most of their leaves stuck in plastic covers, which made them break during delivery. On top of that, the plants were packaged upside down, so the soil ended up spilling all over the box. When I told customer service about the issues, all they did was send me to the fulfilment centre, who said nothing was wrong with the plants. This lack of responsibility and customer service is really disappointing.

I gotta say, I wasn't sure about buying plants online, but Bloombox Club totally blew me away. I took a chance and ordered some gorgeous decorative plants, and I'm thrilled I did. The packaging was awesome, making sure the plants got to me in great shape. And the delivery was crazy fast, proving how much they care about their business and customers. I'm so impressed and definitely suggest checking them out if you want to add some green to your life.

I just ordered some plants, eh, and they arrived real fast and were wrapped up real nice. The website was easy to use, and they even gave me instructions on how to keep the plants alive. They look amazing in my garden, and I'm really happy with them, eh.
