App & PortalI was really pleased with the plants I got from this company. They had a nice variety and they arrived in great shape. But, I did find their website a bit tricky to use. It took me a while to figure out how to log in, so I think they could make some improvements there. Also, I was bummed to find out that you can't skip a month in their subscription service. I think they should add that option for customers who don't want a plant every single month.
