    My recent purchase

    I recently bought some stuff from BladeCity and had a bit of trouble with the delivery. I got a couple of things but never got an email saying they were sent out, and I didn't get a tracking number either. That left me kinda stressed and frustrated about where my order was at. Plus, they took the money from my account real quick, which made me even more worried. But eventually, the items did show up. The company said they were swamped during a really busy time, which might've caused the delay. I get that it can be tough during peak seasons, but proper and quick communication is key to keeping customers happy.

    Incorrect Blade Model Sent

    I just bought this Outlaw Stiletto Switchblade Knife-Stag from the company, but they sent me one with a USA design instead of the one I wanted. I sent them an email about it but haven't heard back on what to do about returning the wrong knife and getting the right one. But then they called me and said they're gonna exchange it for the one I wanted originally. They even said I can keep the mistaken knife they sent, which was a nice touch.
