BladeCity - Reviews and experiences

I bought a Blue Monsoon Prism from BladeCity on July 20, 2022. I've been trying to ask about my order through email but all I get are computerized responses saying my request is updated. I really want to get my order soon and I'd like to know when I can expect it to arrive. Thanks!

I gotta say, I was totally surprised when my package showed up today out of nowhere. I had been waiting eagerly for my order, but when I checked the tracking info, it still said it was in Miami. I was getting worried that I'd been scammed, but thankfully, the package arrived unexpectedly. Even though it was a bit confusing at first, I have to admit that my experience with BladeCity was actually pretty good. The knife set I got looks amazing and seems really well-made. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

I stumbled upon this sweet knife online and decided to order it. When I ran into some issues with my delivery, I gave them a call and had a chat with a real person who sorted out my USPS tracking questions and all that jazz. I've reached out a few more times after that and they've been super helpful each time. I'm totally convinced this place is legit. The dude even shot me a neat video to assist me with a problem I was facing. I'll definitely be buying more knives from this store!

I recently bought some stuff from BladeCity and had a bit of trouble with the delivery. I got a couple of things but never got an email saying they were sent out, and I didn't get a tracking number either. That left me kinda stressed and frustrated about where my order was at. Plus, they took the money from my account real quick, which made me even more worried. But eventually, the items did show up. The company said they were swamped during a really busy time, which might've caused the delay. I get that it can be tough during peak seasons, but proper and quick communication is key to keeping customers happy.
