I got my brother-in-law an OTF knife for Christmas on November 29th. Finally got it yesterday, but it's a dud. Half the time it won't even open properly, which is not cool. I tried emailing and calling the company, but haven't heard back yet. This lack of response and faulty product is just not okay.

I gotta say, this place has some seriously top-notch knives. And the customer service ain't too shabby either - quick and friendly. Now, as for the shipping dates, I don't get why some folks are complaining. Good things come to those who wait, eh? Plus, I reckon they make the knives fresh after you order, so it's gonna take a bit of time. All in all, I'm pretty darn satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of some sharp blades, eh.

I got a set of knives from BladeCity and yeah, both of the bigger knives were a bit off with the blades. And then to top it off, one of them wouldn't even open on the second day I used it. I tried fixing it but something inside the handle was messed up. I asked for a refund right away, but I still haven't heard back from them. Gonna have to see how they deal with this before I decide if I'm gonna give them a good or bad review depending on how quick they respond and their customer service.

I got this knife set from the store recently and I was so disappointed with what I got. The knives were kinda dirty with hairs and stuff on them, which was totally gross. I had to clean them really well before I could even think about using them. Also, I was supposed to get a specific knife model but they sent me a different, smaller one. The pictures on the website didn't match what I actually got, so that was a big letdown. And the shipping took forever, which was frustrating, especially with everything going on with Covid. Overall, my experience with this store was really disappointing and I wouldn't tell anyone to shop there.

I recently got myself a sweet black mini automatic knife from this store and let me tell you, I am super happy with it. The knife is really well-made and actually heavier than I thought it would be. It's got a closed length of about 3 inches and a 2-inch blade. This ain't my first time shopping at this store, and once again, I'm really impressed by the quality of their products. This knife is an automatic, out-the-front style, not a switchblade, which is just how I like it. It's awesome for cutting twine, plastic, and boxes, so it's definitely a handy tool to have around. The small size means I can tuck it into my front pocket no problem, which is a big win in my books. Overall, for the price I paid, including shipping, I think it's a great deal for the quality I got. I totally recommend this store to anyone looking for a solid knife.

I just bought a butterfly knife from this site, and honestly, I was really let down by the quality. The blade felt like it was made cheaply, and the handle had this weird rubbery texture that made it seem more like a toy than an actual knife. Plus, the blade was super dull, and the handle started to crack after only one day of using it a little bit. The quality control on this thing is definitely lacking - the handle was basically about to break off after just a few days. It was a total waste of money, so I would suggest not buying from this site.
