I wasn't sure about ordering a blade from this company at first, but I decided to go for it and bought a Chinese sword. After about a week and few days, I got the sword in good shape. I had chosen the 1-3 priority delivery, but when it didn't come on time, I got in touch with the company. They got back to me quickly and gave me a refund for the delivery fee, which was nice. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. The price was fair compared to other options, and the sword's quality was worth the wait. The only downside was the delivery time, which took about 9 days. Given the distance between Florida, where the company is, and California, where I am, I get why there was a delay. Despite that, I'm happy with the product and the service from the company. They were nice and quick to respond to my emails, which made the whole thing a positive experience. I'll definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.

I just got my Alien Battle Ax from this company and I gotta say, even though it took a bit longer than I thought to show up, it was totally worth it. The quality of the product is amazing and I'm super happy with what I got. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised by the bonus mystery free knife that came with my order.

It took over a week for my order to be shipped, and I got an email response saying the label had been created but the item hadn't been sent yet, you know. I just wanted them to ship the knife without all the delays and games, eh. However, after a while, I finally received my Italian stiletto and I am happy with it, you know. The knife is well-made and sturdy, definitely worth the price, eh.

Ordered a $100 knife about a week ago and it finally arrived today in the mail. Gotta say, I'm really happy with the quality of the knife. The shipping took longer than I thought, which was a bit of a bummer. But, when I got in touch with customer service, the owner went ahead and refunded me the shipping costs, which was a nice surprise. It's pretty obvious that if you chat with their customer service, they'll make things right. Even with the shipping hiccup, I'm thinking of buying more of their stuff down the line, 'cause this knife is just awesome.
