Don't bother shopping here if you're not in the UK. Shipping took forever, and you have to handle returns yourself if you're an international customer. It's ridiculous that they make it so tough for people outside the UK to buy from them in this day and age.

This company is just terrible! I ordered from their online site twice, and both times were a disaster. The first time, they said they sent some of my order, but it never came. After waiting forever, I got a refund, but not getting my stuff was so frustrating. Stupidly, I tried again and the same thing happened! I can't believe how incompetent they are. Now I'm waiting for another refund and I'm definitely going somewhere else next time. This site is a joke and I suggest avoiding it completely.

As someone who cares about sustainable fashion, I was really disappointed when I got my online order from this store and it was wrapped in way too much plastic. They say they're all about being eco-friendly, but using so much unnecessary plastic goes against that. Nowadays, there are lots of better options for packaging that are good for the environment, so it's about time for this store to step up and make a change. It's just not right to use two plastic packages for one order - that's just a waste and not responsible at all. I hope the store takes a good look at their packaging and starts using more eco-friendly options.
