I had a pretty rough time with my order from the store recently. They charged me for two things that I never got, and when I tried to contact customer service, I didn't hear back from anyone. I sent a bunch of emails over a month with no luck, and even went to the store in person to ask about my order, but still no answer. I've been a customer for a long time, so it really sucks to feel ignored and let down like this.

I had a really disappointing experience shopping at this store. I bought a silk blouse online and paid extra for faster shipping. But even after waiting a week, I didn't get any updates on my order. So, I tried contacting customer service but didn't hear back from them. It was frustrating and disappointing that they didn't respond. I was planning to give the blouse as a birthday gift, but the delay meant I couldn't give it on time. I was really unhappy with the service from this store.
