Dress order, paid for 5-day shipping
I recently bought something from this store and I have to say, I'm super disappointed with the whole thing. I got a dress and even paid extra for fast delivery, thinking I'd get it pretty quick. But it's been three weeks and my order is still on the way. And to top it off, I'm in the middle of moving, so I won't even be around to get it if it shows up. I tried contacting customer service, but they're not willing to help or even think about canceling my order. The lack of responsibility and ignoring customer satisfaction is not cool at all. Honestly, I wish I never spent my money here. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Oh my gosh, I have to tell you, the customer service at this store was amazing! The girl, Haley, was seriously the sweetest! She helped me choose the perfect outfit from so many great options. I ended up getting a pair of denim shorts and a crop top that fit me perfectly and look really cute!
