I recently bought something from this online store and had to return it. I thought the "Free Returns" policy would be easy and stress-free but turns out they only give you store credit, not a refund to your card. That means you have to spend your money there again, possibly on something not so great. When I asked for a refund to my card, they charged me fees for processing and shipping, so I actually lost money. This policy helps the company more than the customer, and I think that's wrong.

So I bought these really nice jeans online, but when they arrived, they just didn't fit right. I followed the return policy and sent them back within 5 days, hoping for a quick refund. But when I tried to process the return, I found out that option wasn't even available. I wouldn't have minded exchanging them for another item, but they didn't have anything in my size in stock. The customer service rep said they'd make a note on my account about the situation, but I'm still waiting for a resolution.

So, like, I ordered this dress from this online store, eh, and it arrived late, you know, like 2 days after they said it would. And when I tried it on, it was kind of weird, eh. The material was thin and the straps were too long, even though it fit the rest of me alright. I tried to return it, eh, but they said I couldn't get my money back on my credit card and if I didn't buy something new right away, they would charge me a restocking fee. So, I had to get a bikini instead, you know, to exchange it, and ended up having to pay EXTRA money. Like, seriously, what?! The original dress was expensive, eh, and now I'm even more out of pocket. Ugh, I'm never shopping here again and I'm telling all my friends to steer clear too, eh!

I bought some date dresses from here not long ago and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. My orders came super fast and when I needed to return a few things that weren't quite right, it was a breeze. The whole return and exchange process was so easy, and I'm glad they gave me a refund instead of only store credit. Online clothes shopping can be a real challenge, especially when you're not feeling great, so it was nice to see a company that really cares about making their customers happy with what they buy.
