Beginning Boutique - Reviews and experiences

I ordered a prom dress and they said it would come in 5-10 business days. But it's been way longer than that and still no sign of my order. I'm really bummed out and stressed because my senior prom is coming up soon and I might not have a dress. I tried contacting customer service by email, but got no reply. It's frustrating cause I've heard so many good things about this company.

I recently bought something from this store and I have to say, I'm super disappointed with the whole thing. I got a dress and even paid extra for fast delivery, thinking I'd get it pretty quick. But it's been three weeks and my order is still on the way. And to top it off, I'm in the middle of moving, so I won't even be around to get it if it shows up. I tried contacting customer service, but they're not willing to help or even think about canceling my order. The lack of responsibility and ignoring customer satisfaction is not cool at all. Honestly, I wish I never spent my money here. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
