Membership Cancellation
ServiceEven though the products are pretty good, they cost more than what you'd usually find out there. But let me tell you, my interactions with the support team were just awful. They ended up cancelling my membership because they thought there was some shady stuff going on, and I've been trying to explain myself to the fraud department without any luck. I had to keep bugging them with multiple support requests just to be told I could still buy things, just without the perks of my membership. Talk about disrespectful and unprofessional! And on top of all that, they won't even give you a refund if something you bought goes on sale right after.
