Returns & RefundsI had a pretty crummy experience with this company's return policy not long ago. I bought something and it ended up not being what I wanted, so I got in touch with their customer service right away to start the return. But then they told me I had to wait for the product to actually show up at my place before I could even start the return process, even though they hadn't processed my order yet. That just seemed silly and made things more of a hassle than they needed to be.
