Returns & RefundsI had a terrible experience with this store, eh. I bought some birthday presents, but sadly one of them was not in stock. They didn't tell me beforehand, so they just sent the other items and the gift ended up being late. When I asked for a refund, they said it was already done, but it wasn't. And the discount codes they gave me were pretty much useless, eh.

Returns & RefundsCustomer service is just terrible, eh! I sent back 2 out of the 4 things I bought and it's been a total nightmare trying to get my money back. I haven't heard back for days, just getting those generic emails, and only one of the items has been sorted for a refund. If you need to make a return, stay far away from them, trust me.
