Sectional sofa purchase
Sectional sofa purchase
Returns & RefundsOh man, let me tell you about my horrible experience at that furniture store! So, I decided to buy a sectional sofa, but when it got delivered, it was missing a piece. This made it totally impossible to put together. And to make matters worse, the sofa itself was awful - wonky stitching, lumpy cushions, loose fabric, and no pilot holes for the legs. When I tried to cancel my order because of all these problems, they hit me with an insane restocking fee of over $800 for a defective product! The customer service was the worst - no one wanted to help me or listen to my issues. I felt like they just didn't care about me as a customer at all. Honestly, stay far away from that place if you can!
Rocker/Recliner
Rocker/Recliner
Returns & Refunds
I went to the furniture store the other day to find a rocker recliner. They had a lot of options, so I picked one and paid for it in full, expecting it before Christmas. But then, my kids surprised me with a fancy recliner a few days later.
So, I went back to the store to explain and ask for a refund since I didn't need two recliners. Unfortunately, they wouldn't give me a refund, saying it was their policy. I was really disappointed in their lack of flexibility and customer service.
Finally, the chair was delivered, but I don't have room for it now. The delivery workers were nice, but the in-store staff, especially the manager, were unhelpful and rude.
The 'not good quality bed'
The 'not good quality bed'
Returns & RefundsI went to this store that claimed to have amazing stuff. I ended up buying a bed that was super expensive, like over $3000, and you know what? The headboard and footboard started to look terrible after only two years! I even got a $500 warranty, but when I tried to use it, they said it wasn't considered a defect. Can you believe that? The fabric was pilling in places I hadn't even touched, and they still wouldn't cover it. It's just not right, you know? So if you ever go there, don't bother with the warranty, seriously, Don't Buy the Warranty!!!
