DeliveryI had certain needs for my arthritis when it came to picking a new mattress, and the person helping me out was amazing. I told her what I needed, and she made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The delivery process kept me updated the whole time and went really smoothly. It honestly couldn't have been any better! Super happy with my new mattress!

DeliveryI went to the store and found some products that we really liked. We decided to order them for delivery in mid-September. But then, we started getting excuses and delays. Turns out, they gave our order to someone else. The customer service was really terrible - no apologies or compensation offered. I'm ready to take this up with head office now.

DeliveryWhat's going on with the delivery of my sofa? I got it from a store in Brantford and it's been a total nightmare trying to get it. They first said it would be here on the 17th, then the 24th, and now they're saying not until October 15th! The delivery process is a disaster, and their customer service is terrible too. Every time I call, I get different answers and no one seems to know what's happening. This is so frustrating!
